Photography is my creative streak trying to show off or at least trying to make a statement. I started taking photography classes when my husband was transferred out of town for two years at the same time our daughter returned to college (Roll Tide) for her Junior year. With no one else at home, I needed a hobby and a creative outlet. Photography classes allowed me to combine my insatiable need to learn with my life-long desire and passion for photography. Added bonus - the amazing friendships made along the way!

I enjoy all types of photography including fine art, landscape, and of course, people! Photography has taught me how to look at life differently and realize that there's beauty around us at all times - from the smallest details, to the 30,000 foot view, and everything in between. 

My goal is to tell stories through photographs and capture the art of life!
